  • Can you email me when you start taking orders?
    Yes we can. Click on Login/Sign Up in the top right hand corner and give us your email address or just send us an email requesting us to notify you. That can be done in the Contact Us section.
  • Do you ship to Canada or to all of the continental United States?
    No. Right now we only ship to the continental United States excluding California.
  • How long does it take to receive my mangos?
    Usually 2 - 3 business days. They are shipped Priority mail by the United States Postal Service.
  • Do you ship ripe mangos?
    We ship tree mature mangos but it will usually take a week for them to slightly soften to the touch before they are ready to eat. They will all not ripen at the same time. Just keep them uncovered until they just allow your fingers to slightly indent into the fruit and they will be ready. If we shipped them soft ripe, there is a stronger possibility of damage in transit.
  • What if I get damaged fruit or fruit that is bad on the inside?
    All of our fruit is fully guaranteed. Just let us know by email or phone and we will refund the prorated amount back to your credit card. You will never pay for bad fruit at Stanley's Mangos.
  • When is mango season?
    The season is a little bit different every year but typically begins late May and our first mangos we pick are Florigon followed in June/July by Nam Doc Mai, Coconut Cream, Carrie, Glenn and Brahm Kai Meu. From July onwards we pick Orange Sherbet, Valencia Pride, Maha Chanok, Kia Savoie and Gold Nugget. Typically, a season lasts around 12 weeks but it can be as short as 8 weeks or as long as 16 weeks.
  • Can I pick up my mangos from your plantation directly?
    Yes, most definitely. You can select your own mangos (not pick), we pick fresh every day.
  • If we pick up, do you give quantity discounts?"
    At this time, we are not offering quantity discounts.
  • Even though we pick up our mangos, can you ship to our friends and family?"
    Absolutely. We will even take them to the post office for you.
  • What days are you open of pick up and what are your hours?
    During the season, we are usually open 7 days a week from 10:00am to 4:00pm. If in doubt, call 239-220-3826 for a recorded message of our hours and what varieties we are picking. If possble, we will answer the phone personally and answer your questions.
  • If I purchase mail order, can I inquire about my order?"
    Absolutely. If you haven't received your order in a reasonable time, email or call us at 239-220-3826.
  • What is Auto Ship?
    We offer orders that will arrive fresh at your door every week, or other week over a 4, 8 or 12 week time period. If you wish to set up auto ship, please fill out the form on the Contact Us page with Auto Ship as the subject
  • Do you offer discounts to mail order buyers?
    Yes. When you purchase a large box, you are getting a discount of $10.
  • Are your mangos certified organic?
    No. It takes three years of correct growing practices to become certified. We practice sustainable methods that are good for both you and the environment.
  • Can we tour your plantation?
    Yes. You can call us at 239-220-3826 and set up an appointment and we will try to accommodate.
